But it was the thundering applause of a crowd as his father triumphantly claimed the checkered flag that ignited a lasting fire within. \nRacing by age 7, victory has painted a significant portion of his resume. Claiming hundreds of karting wins, a Superkarts! USA (SKUSA) regional championship, a K.A.R.T. national championship and a national championship with the USSC (United States Superkart Series) in 250cc superkarts. Developing a professional career rooted in sales, he worked his way from automotive then onto life insurance, eventually landing in the equipment finance industry. Progressing a career from broker, into banking, and most recently as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) National Finance Manager.\nTransitioning from an impassioned enthusiast to a business owner wasn't a leap, but a natural evolution spurred by a deep-rooted desire to assist others. Still racing and with his young son (RJ) now watching, RJ soon expressed a desire to race himself. As RJ’s racing progressed, costs escalated and families sought our expertise following on track successes, the inception of R3 seemed predestined. Fusing experience and passion to fill a void in the market, Reggie and R3 were propelled into the realm of mentorship and guidance. Now fueled by a deeper commitment and immersive involvement, the Team exploded in 2023 winning (2) major nationally contested races with Cup Karts North America (CKNA) at the highest levels in class. \nAt the helm of operations lies an ethos underpinned by leadership, quality, respect, innovation, education, and the spirit of competition. The approach is not just a reflection of his business practices but a guiding light illuminating every facet of his personal and professional life.\nHis contributions to the industry, though significant, are yet to reach their zenith.
